ALMAX WORK, cooperative, would like to offer its assistance in obtaining employees for your company. This method is suitable to fill both high and low qualification positions, especially for companies that want to increase the number of its employees. In this case, our agency is taking on the responsibilities associated with the employment of foreigners and leads their HR and payroll agenda. The employer commits to pay to the agency a pre-arranged hourly rate, which shall consist of: workers' wage, the costs of social and health insurance, accident insurance and agency margin.
In the terms of qualification demand, the cooperative provides in particular CNC turners (Program Fanuk and Haidenhain), miners, millers, fitters, welders, turners, crane operators, cutters, painters, truck drivers, car mechanics, carpenters, manipulation workers, warehouse operators.
Our company operates in the field of human resources for several years in Prague, West Bohemia, South Bohemia, Central Bohemia.
We hold a permit for arranging employment from ministry, No. 2007/71104-412 under provisions of § 14, paragraph 1. a) b) c) of the Employment Act and Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, No. 2008/6249-422 under provisions of § 60, paragraph 1-6 and provisions of § 14, paragraph 3, point. b) Act. No. 435/2004 Coll. Employment, as amended.

- Our foremen regularly visit the production site to consult directly on site and we work with a team leader
- We arrange accommodation for staff of ALMAX WORK, cooperative
- We have an insurance contract against possible damage.
